Rotate sends across inboxes, cap daily volume per account, use your own tracking domain, and let the circuit breaker stop a bad batch before it kills your sender score.

ReviewSender rotation across multiple inboxes
Connect multiple email accounts. MailQueue distributes sends across them according to each account's daily cap. When one hits its limit, the remaining sends go to the others.
Rotation strategy: round-robin or fill-first
Per-account daily caps and send windows
Set the maximum emails per day for each connected inbox. Set the send window (e.g. 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri in the contact's timezone). Emails queue and go out when the window opens.
Example: cap 50/day, window 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri
Custom tracking domains
Add a CNAME record pointing your domain to MailQueue's servers. Once verified, your tracking pixels and link redirects go through your domain. The URL in every tracked link looks like it belongs to you.
Setup: add CNAME, verify in dashboard, done
Circuit breaker on high bounce rate
If a sender's hard bounce rate crosses a threshold you set (default 5%), MailQueue pauses that inbox and alerts you. Nothing keeps sending while your sender reputation is taking damage.
Default threshold: 5% hard bounce rate. Configurable.
Unsubscribe link injection
MailQueue adds a one-click unsubscribe link to every email. When a contact clicks it, they're added to the suppression list and removed from all active sequences immediately. Required for CAN-SPAM compliance.
Opt-out reflected instantly across all sequences
Suppression list management
Every hard bounce, every unsubscribe, and every contact marked Do Not Contact lands in the suppression list. Upload your own list (CSV of emails) before launching to prevent re-contacting existing customers or opt-outs.
