REFUND POLICY

Thank you for subscribing to MailQueue. We strive to ensure that our Services meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please review our refund policy below.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles after cancellation.

REFUNDS

All payments are processed through our payment partner, Paddle. In accordance with Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

14-day refund window: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge. After the 14-day period has passed, refunds are no longer available for that charge.

Service issues: If you experience a significant service disruption or technical issue that prevents you from using MailQueue and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Duplicate charges: If you have been charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.

REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, please contact us at nikoloz@mailqueue.io with your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment partner, and will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on Paddle and your payment provider.

FREE TRIAL

MailQueue offers a 14-day free trial for new users. During the free trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not upgrade to a paid subscription before the trial ends, your account will be suspended and no charges will be applied. Since no payment is collected during the trial, no refund is applicable.

EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase or renewal date.
• Accounts that have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on our website. We will notify you of any material changes via email.
