Each open is logged with the exact timestamp, approximate city, device type, and a confidence score. High = real browser. Medium = likely proxy after a prefetch. Low = mail scanner or sender.

Click tracking on every link
Every link in every email gets wrapped with a unique tracking URL. You see which link was clicked, which variant it was in, and how many times. Your custom tracking domain appears in the URL, not mailqueue.io.

Reply detection via IMAP
MailQueue connects to your inbox over IMAP and classifies replies as: positive, negative, out of office, or auto-reply. Positive and negative replies stop that contact from advancing in the sequence.

Bounce detection (hard and soft)
Hard bounces (invalid address) permanently mark the contact as bounced and remove them from all sequences. Soft bounces (mailbox full, temporary failure) are tracked separately and trigger the circuit breaker if they spike.
Hard bounce = permanent suppression. Soft = monitored.
Per-email analytics
Open the detail view on any tracked email and see the full open log, click log, and reply. Filter opens by confidence to exclude scanner hits from your reported rate.
