Manual steps create tasks.
Sequences wait for you.
Every call, LinkedIn message, or custom action in a sequence creates a task automatically. The contact pauses until you complete it. No manual tracking, no dropped contacts.

Sequences pause, not skip
When a sequence reaches a manual step, that contact pauses there. A task is created. The contact stays paused until you mark the task complete, then the sequence picks up from where it stopped.
Tasks carry the contact context
Every task shows you: the contact name, company, the step instructions you wrote when building the sequence, and a link to their full engagement history. No switching tabs to remember who this person is.
Filter by type, status, and assignee
If your team is working the same sequence, tasks can be assigned. Filter the task list by task type (call, LinkedIn, custom), by due date, by completion status, or by who it is assigned to.
Complete and continue
Mark a task done and the sequence immediately evaluates the next step for that contact. If the next step is automated, it sends (or waits, depending on the configured delay). If it's another manual step, a new task is created.
